Current status –

  • The Shire of York has provided great facilities, Track brings heaps of people to the town.
  • Take out more than you take in.  Be considerate and helpful to other users and respect the facilities and the environment, do the right thing in terms of keeping the place clean.
  • Stop in and get some fuel, drinks and food.

York Off Road Vehicle Area is good model for distributed, smaller areas to provide facilities – particularly for younger riders.

Shire of York should be commended for their foresight in developing this area and the tourism and economic benefits makes a difference to these rural towns.  Support a town that supports bikes and Stop in and get some fuel, food, drinks.  Riders need to respect the area, other users and the local neighbours.
